About our Practice
At Adelaide Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery, we provide a comprehensive management of all aspects of cardiac and thoracic surgery, including complex cardiac procedures such as: Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery (on and off pump and total arterial revascularization), minimally invasive valve repair or replacement, complex aortic surgery and adult congenital heart operation. Our thoracic surgical services include minimally invasive and robotic major lung cancer surgery (lobectomy or lung-sparing resections), chest wall deformities, mediastinal tumours or trauma.
Our Surgeons have had extensive years of formal training and surgical experience and are all Fellows of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Our team of highly experienced and skilled surgeons and other professionals will guide and prepare you for your surgical procedure from the first consultation, prehabilitation and pre-operative education, through the operating theatre and hospital stay, to your safe discharge home and follow up.
